Bio

Hi from the Southern Oregon Countryside, I'm Teresa. I have been a pastor's wife for 13 years now, and am also a stay at home/homeschooling mom of 5 ages 12,11,9,8,8 (yep, twins). I started scrapping about 12 years ago, but got bored quickly with stickers and flat layouts. Then about 4 years ago I was reintroduced to scrapbooking and its amazing online world by my Best Friend and scrap buddy. Now I am hooked! When I scrap I love to get messy, I am not finished with a layout unless I have painted, inked, sewed or stickled something! I thrive on challenges, and can't get enough of them. I love to be pushed, stretched and really grow from a challenge.
We live in the country, so lots my inspiration comes from my kids interacting with 4 legged creatures, and the amazing nature. I also garden, blog and read avidly. If I have any free time left over {insert laugh here}..... I love to sew, quilt and make Jewelry. I am addicted to Pepsi and chocolate, and they are a must for scrapping, right alongside my stickles and edge distresser!

I at the beginning of the 2010 school year, right when all my dt obligations came to an end, I took a break from design teams and deadlines to focus on my kids school (we made some big changes this year). I needed this break, but am now chomping at the bit to get back into the creative world! As my art has progressed over the past few years I have experimented with creative ways to use my supplies.  I have noticed that many paper artists tend to not look outside the box when it comes to using things around them, and I would love a chance to show others how versatile everyday items and scrappy supplies really are.
