In honor of Valentine's Day right around the corner Everything Scrapp'n thought it would be a great time to do a layout about a loved one. The challenge is titled "Show the Love". It should focus on your relationship with a loved one, or you can showcase a special relationship of a friend or family member. The prize is a $20 gift certificate to the store. I have scrapped this pic before but I just love it! this time I went to www.picnik.com and played around with the photo effects, I settled on a old Holga camera effect. The bright papers go great with the dark black and white pic
The other night I was eating some yummy Dagoba Dark Chocolate squares and decided to keep the pretty pieces of gold foil that they were wrapped in..... this one ended up as a scalloped heart rubbed with antique linen distress stickles ;)

Your creations from this challenge are super cute! I love playing with photos in picnik too and almost always use the cross processing feature with a vingette (sp?) and rounded corners, lol. Super cute. :)
Great job with the challenge. It is an awesome photo & I do reuse photos all the time to capture a different memory.
